Privacy at LeoBot Music
Updated September 5, 2026.
Google sign-in
Google sign-in provides your verified account identifier, name, email address and optional profile picture. LeoBot uses these to recognize your account, display your member name and protect member features. LeoBot does not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendars.
Information you choose to share
Member activity can include band and karaoke votes, suggestions, comments, posts, preferences and planning choices. Content submitted to community areas may be visible to other visitors. Preferences submitted for public sharing require your consent. The owner dashboard and approval history are restricted to the site owner.
Cookies and storage
A secure login cookie maintains your session for up to seven days. Signing out clears that browser cookie. Account records and activity are stored in the website database and are not deleted just by signing out.
Services used
Google processes sign-in under its privacy policy. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Links to Facebook, venues and ticket providers take you to services with their own policies.
Corrections and deletion requests
To request correction or deletion of your LeoBot account or content, contact the LeoBot Live Music & Events Page and identify the account or content. Do not send passwords. Removing access in your Google account stops future Google authorization; it does not itself delete LeoBot records.
Public event guides remain available without signing in.
